الإجراء التجريبي

To the stirred solution of 2,9-diazaspiro[5.5]undecan-1-one hydrochloride (2.2 g, 10.78 mmol) in DMF (15 mL) was added K2CO3 (4.45 g, 32.24 mmol) and 2-chloro quinoxaline (1.94 g, 11.82 mmol). The mixture was heated at 60° C. for 18 h. The reaction mixture was cooled to rt and concentrated under reduced pressure. To the crude mixture water was added and extracted with ethyl acetate. The organic layer was dried over anhydride sodium sulfate, filtered and concentrated to obtain a yellow solid which was triturated with n-pentane to yield a yellow solid (2.5 g, 78%). [1H-NMR (DMSO-d6, 300 MHz): δ 8.91 (s, 1H), 7.81 (d, 1H), 7.62-7.55 (m, 2H), 7.42-7.33 (m, 2H), 4.33-4.19 (m, 2H), 3.52-3.33 (m, 2H), 3.20-3.05 (m, 2H), 2.12-1.98 (m, 2H), 1.95-1.64 (m, 4H), 1.59-1.48 (m, 2H); HPLC RtA=3.665 min (97%); LCMS RtA=0.377, [M+H]+=297.1].
