Prepared in analogy to example 1.1 b) from 6-chloro-2-piperazin-1-yl-quinoline hydrochloride (Example 1.20b) and 2-morpholin-4-yl-5-nitro-benzoic acid (Example 2.1) in acetonitrile. Chromatography (SiO2; ethyl acetate) yields the title compound as a colorless solid. MS (m/e): 482.2 (M+H+; 100%)
