Following General Procedure A above and using 3,5-difluorophenylacetic acid (Aldrich) and (S)-2-(1-aminoethyl)-4-ethoxycarbonyl-2-thiazoline hydrochloride (Example G), the title compound was prepared as a semisolid. The reaction was monitored by tlc (Rf=0.2 in 1:1 EtOAc/hexanes) and the product was purified by silica gel chromatography using 1:1 EtOAc/hexanes as the eluent.
