The title compound was prepared from piperidine and 8-(5-bromopentyloxy)-4-(3,5-dichloropyridin-4-ylamino)-7-methoxy-2H-chromen-2-one (Example 28) following the procedure outlined in Example 52. 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6): δ 9.31 (br s, 1H), 8.55 (s, 2H), 7.85 (d, 1H), 7.04 (d, 1H), 4.20 (br s, 1H), 3.96 (t, 2H), 3.87 (s, 3H), 2.90-2.30 (br, 6H), 1.75-1.35 (m, 12H); MS (ESI): 505.9.
