Following General Procedure D, ethyl 5-(4-trifluoromethylphenyl)-6-phenyl-1,2,4-triazine-3-carboxylate (Compound 19, 1 g, 2.68 mmol) and crude 1-vinylpyrrolidine (Compound 38, 1.4 g) in CHCl3 (20 ml) were reacted to produce the title compound as a yellow oil.
