Same procedure as that described in example 5, stage 5.4, starting from 0.4 g (0.95 mmol) of 2-amino-7-chloro-1-ethyl-3-[1-(2-trimethylsilanyl-ethoxymethyl)-1H-imidazol-2-yl]-1H-[1,8]naphthyridin-4-one, 0.4 g (1.9 mmol) 1,1,1-trifluoro-2-phenyl-but-3-yn-2-ol, 33 mg (0.05 mmol), bis(triphenylphosphine)palladium(II) dichloride, 18 mg (0.1 mmol) copper (I) iodide, 3 ml DMF (degassed), 3 ml triethylamine (degassed). 0.15 g of the title compound is obtained.
