The object product (2.53 g, 99%) was obtained in the same manner as in Example 24(1) and using benzyl 1-oxa-6-azaspiro[2.5]octane-6-carboxylate (1.98 g), 1-cyclopropylmethanamine (570 mg) and lithium perchlorate (960 mg).
