The title compound was prepared from rac-N2-(4-ethoxy-2,3-dihydro-benzofuran-3-yl)-quinoline-2,6-diamine (Example 175) (200 mg, 0.62 mmol), 4-nitrophenyl chloroformate (125 mg, 0.62 mmol) and 1-isopropyl-piperidin-4-ylamine dihydrochloride (CAS no: 534596-29-7) (134 mg, 0.62 mmol) in accordance with the general method 4 described in example 170 step C and was obtained as an off-white solid (190 mg, 62%); MS: m/e=490.1 (M+H+).
