الإجراء التجريبي

A solution of N-hydroxy-2-(4-isopropylpiperazin-1-yl)benzothiazole-6-carboxamidine (700 mg, 2.19 mmol) in acetic anhydride (20 mL) was heated at 130° C. for 6 h. The solvent was removed under reduced pressure and the residue was purified by preparative HPLC to give 125 mg (16.7%) of 2-(4-isopropylpiperazin-1-yl)-6-(5-methyl-[1,2,4]oxadiazol-3-yl)benzo-thiazole as a trifluoroacetate salt.
