الإجراء التجريبي

A mixture of 1 g methyl 1-acetylamino-2-chloro-6,7,8,9-tetrahydrodibenzofuran-4-carboxylate and 0.5 g of 5% palladium-charcoal is heated under nitrogen at 230° C. for 5 hours. The cooled residue is extracted with toluene and the solvent evaporated to dryness. The residue is crystallized from ethyl acetate/hexane to give methyl 1-acetylamino-2-chloro-dibenzofuran-4-carboxylate.
