الإجراء التجريبي

A solution of 4-methyl-2-((4-nitro-3-vinyl-1H-indazol-1-yl)methyl)thiazole (0.249 g, 0.829 mmol) in hot ethanol (8 mL) was purged with argon and treated with Pearlman's catalyst (124 mg). The mixture was purged with argon, purged with hydrogen gas and allowed to stir at ambient temperature under hydrogen gas for 14 hours. The mixture was filtered through glass fiber filter paper, washed with methanol and concentrated to afford 3-ethyl-1-((4-methylthiazol-2-yl)methyl)-1H-indazol-4-amine (187 mg, 83%) as a pale yellow oil.
