الإجراء التجريبي

Compound 8 were taken in 9 ml methanol; 1 ml Conc. HCL and 0.2 ml water was added. Resulting reaction was stirred for 5 h at 50° C. (oil bath temp) completed, after completion of the reaction monitor by HPLC. The resulting slurry was cooled to RT and held with agitation for about 1H. Filtration of the slurry afforded a solid; washed with 15 ml acetone dried directly used in the next reaction.
