5-(2-Cyclopropylethyl)-3-(dimethylaminomethyleneamino)thiophene-2-carboxylic acid methyl ester was reacted with [(R)-1-(4-aminophenyl)pyrrolidin-3-yl]-(2-methanesulfonylethyl)methylamine by method A1. The product with the molecular weight of 500.57 (C25H32N4O3S2) was obtained in this way; MS (ESI): 501 (M+H+).
