الإجراء التجريبي

2 g of 4-fluoronitrobenzene were added to a solution of 20 ml of N-methyl-pyrrolidinone, 2.18 g of N-(3-aminopropyl)pyrrolidine and 2.35 g of K2CO3. The reaction medium was heated at 60° C. for 12 hours and, after cooling to room temperature, was then poured into a water and ice mixture. The yellow precipitate formed was filtered off, reslurried in water and then dried over P2O5. 3.3 g of N-(3-pyrrolidin-1-ylpropyl)-4-nitro-1-aminobenzene (13) were obtained.
