الإجراء التجريبي

5.81g of 1-benzyl-4-chloro-3-(2-furyl)pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidine are dissolved in 450 ml of dioxane and hydrogenated in the Parr apparatus at a hydrogen pressure of 3 bar for 5 h using 4 g of 20% Pd(OH)2 on carbon after addition of 2.61 ml of triethylamine. After filtration through kieselguhr, evaporation and chromatography, 2.26 g of yellowish crystals are obtained (m.p.=106° C., Rf=0.2 toluene/ethyl acetate=4:1).
