Prepared from 3-{[(4-fluorophenyl)sulfonyl]methyl}azetidine hydrochloride (Example 1 Step 4) and 2,5-dibromo-3-(bromomethyl)thieno[2,3-b]thiophene (Step 3) according to the method of Example 1 Step 5. 1H NMR (500 MHz, CDCl3) δ 7.90–7.88 (2H, m), 7.33 (1H, s), 7.26–7.23 (2H, m), 3.60 (2H, s), 3.40 (2H, t, J=7.4 Hz), 3.35 (2H, d, J=7.3 Hz), 2.90 (2H, t, J=7.0 Hz), 2.84–2.77 (1H, m); m/z (ES+) 540 (M+H)+.
